It was incredible seeing so many pups wear green today to help spread awareness for Lyme disease 🦠 One of our dearest friends has chronic Lyme disease and she’s helped me to realize that people who have Lyme or other chronic “invisible illnesses” often are not only fighting the disease itself but also fighting to be taken seriously or to feel seen. Let this be a reminder to treat everyone with kindness because you never know what battles someone may be fighting privately 💚 We will be donating to the @globallymealliance - an org that does amazing work to raise awareness and funding for research on Lyme and other tick-borne diseases 💚 We’ve added a fundraiser to our post, if you’d also like to donate.
